Why Aha! Wellness Coaching (AWC) Matters
has a faith-based passion for helping others become their best
AWC has a faith-based passion for helping others become their best selves.
As members of community wrap around services, specifically with expertise in health literacy, together we need to build tighter connections with health teams with doctors, trainers, dietitians, and coaches working together to help our communities understand and experience what health feels like.
We have all heard how you have a “gift, especially a spiritual gift.”* This means you have the ability that God has given you to use to serve others and to glorify Him. Most of you have more than one gift and don’t even recognize it. Now, how can you help others if your temple or body is sick and tired? He has a purpose for your life! Allow me to support you as you humble your heart and love yourself.
Last but not least, what is most important is that we need more healthy people, more positive outcomes, and more resolutions met, which all result in a better quality of life for everyone.
Health requires self-awareness, dedication, and action.
AWC’s coaching isn’t about talking. It's asking questions and listening to the answers so you can live fuller, healthier, happier, and more productive lives.
